Chitrak Haritaki Avleha is a very famous Ayurvedic medicine used in treating chronic respiratory conditions. It is in herbal jam form. It is also known as Chitrak Haritaki Avleha Avaleha, Chitraka Haritaki etc.

• Chitraka–Plumbago zeylanica,
• Amla
• Guduchi–Tinospora cordifolia
• Dashamoola
• Jaggery
• Haritaki–Terminalia chebula.
• Trikatu–pepper,
• long pepper
• Ginger
• Cinnamon
• Patra–Cinnamomum tamala
• Yavakshara
• Honey

Dosage : 2 to 5 grams Twice a day or else directed by physician.
