This results in internal swelling of the nose, ear and throat, change of voice, swelling of glands and joints. Trisepta consists of triphala powder, nimb, kanchanar, shuddha gandhak, tankan lahi & shuddha guggal that clears congestion & reduces swelling. Trisepta works on internal & external swelling.

Shunthi (Zingiber officinale), Marich (Piper nigrum), Pippali (Piper longum) 20mg. each, Nimb (Azadirachta indica), Kanchanar (Bauhinia variegata), Shuddha Gandhak, Tankan bhasma, Shuddha Guggul (Balsamodendron mukul) 40mg. each, Triphala 120mg. Binders and Excipients

How To Use: 2-2 tablets 3-4 times a day or as desired by the physician (for cold, cough, fever 3 tabs twice for 1 week)
