Ingredients :

Shuddha Gandhak (Pfd.Pdr.),
Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra Rt.),                :                               Each 10 g
Mishreya (Foeniculum vulgare) Fr.(Pdr.)
Sanay (Plunchea lanceolata) Lf.(Pdr.)                 :                                   30 g
Mishree (Pdr.)                                                             :                                   40 g

Dosage:

A dose of 3 to 6 g Churna should be taken with lukewarm water at night while sleeping or it may be taken as per advice of the physician.
