Actions:

Analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, deodorant, expectorant, mental stimulant, insect repellent

Indications:

• Respiratory: cold, flu, sinusitis, bronchitis – can be used by steam inhalation, inhalation, in a bath, gargles, in massage oil.
• Muscle pain, Joint pains, sports injury, fatigue after heavy work – by massage, compress, foot bath, in a mud pack
• For skin: pimples, boils, abscess, insect bite, burns, cold sore, wounds, can use for the neat application, compress, massage
• For hair: for lice and nits, added to ‘mehndi mix’ to avoid cold
• Cystitis: less urine after heat exposure – used in a sitz bath
• Mind: uplifting, stimulating, prevents drowsiness (while driving studying)
• For disinfecting room: on the vaporizer, in spray, on the mat in an electric burner, for wiping the floor.
