Jawahar Mohra is helpful in cardiomyopathy. It acts in following ways:

It provides strength to the heart muscles.
It reduces dilation of the heart muscles.
It restores the natural elasticity of the heart muscles and reduces rigidity

Adults-125 to 250 mg

Geriatric (Old age)-60 to 125 mg

Maximum Possible Dosage (per day or in 24 hours)-750 mg (in divided doses)
