ARTHRELLA tablet is a herbomineral compound for the management of arthritic pain. Suvarna Paan has immunomodulatory property and has a disease modifying antiarthritic role. Shallaki (Boswellia serrata) and Nirgundi (Vitex negundo), the main ingredients of ARTHRELLA tablet, are powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesics. Eranda (Ricinus communis) increases bone regeneration. Shyonak (Oroxylum indicum), Musta (Cyperus rotundus), Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) are potent anti-oxidants and thereby exhibit anti-inflammatory effect. Kupilu (Strychnos nuxvomica) and Parsik Yavani (Hyoscyamus niger) have sedative and analgesic activities. Thus, ARTHRELLA tablet provides  comprehensive joint pain relief.
